Privacy
We only collect what we need to reply to you, build your site, and keep things running. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. This page says exactly what we do and why.
The short version
When you fill out a form, we get your name, email, and whatever you typed in. When you upload images, they go to Cloudinary. When you pay, Stripe handles the transaction — we never see your card.
We use that information to reply to you, design your site, and send you invoices. That's it. We don't share it with anyone except the services that help us deliver the work (listed below), and we don't sell it.
If you ever want your data deleted, email hello@delightfulsite.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
We only collect information you give us directly, plus a small amount of automatic data needed to run the site.
We never ask for Social Security numbers, passport info, or any government IDs. If a form on our site ever asks you for that, something is wrong — please tell us.
Everything we collect is used for one of these reasons:
We don't send marketing emails. We don't add you to a newsletter. We don't track you. We don't share your information with anyone outside the services listed in Section 03.
To run the site and deliver the work, we rely on a small number of third-party services. Each one only sees the data it needs, and each has its own privacy policy.
That's the entire list. If it's not on here, we don't use it.
We don't use cookies on this site. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no session fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. You can browse without a cookie banner getting in the way because there's nothing to consent to.
If we ever add analytics in the future — for example, to help us understand which Shop designs get the most attention — we'll add a consent banner first and update this page to match.
The services we rely on (Netlify, Stripe, Cloudinary) may set their own technical cookies when you interact with them — for example, Stripe sets a security cookie during checkout to prevent fraud. Those are not set by us, and they only appear during specific interactions with those services.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier (except what we're legally required to keep for taxes). See Section 06.

If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively. They apply to you regardless of where you live — we treat everyone the same.
The site runs over HTTPS — everything sent to or from us is encrypted in transit. Our email, form data, and payment records are stored with providers (Google, Netlify, Stripe) who each maintain their own strong security standards.
We use unique passwords and two-factor authentication on every account that touches your data. We never share login credentials.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever happens, we'll notify affected people by email within 72 hours of discovering it.
Our services are for adults running businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.
If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes — like adding a new service that receives your data — we'll also email everyone who has an active project with us.
